There is no doubt that anime exaggerates emotions. Characters getting nosebleeds when they’re horny is a prime example of this. So we decided to compile a list of the 10+ Horniest People in Anime! (Please don’t ask why)
Now, there are far too many perverted characters in anime these days (which actually says a lot), and we obviously won’t be able to cover them all, so for this list, we decided to focus on the 11 most popular/memorable of them.

10. Issei from Highschool DxD
To begin, we have Issei Hyoudou, the main male protagonist of High School DxD. He is a third-year Kuoh Academy Class 3-B student and a member of the school’s “Perverted Trio,” a group of the school’s most perverted men.
He is a member of Rias Gremory’s Peerage and the Occult Research Club. Following the Evil Dragon War, he was promoted to High-Class Devil, becoming King of his own independent peerage and one step closer to realising his dream of owning a harem and becoming a… “Harem King.” yeah…

Sasha, also known as Alexander Nikolaevich Hell, is the main character in the manga and anime series Seikon no Qwaser. He is the Iron Qwaser and lives with Mafuyu Oribe and Tomo Yamanobe.

Nayuta is a nice girl, as evidenced by her surprise birthday party for Miyako and careful consideration of what gift to give her, ultimately giving her a well-written fairy tale-esque novel based on her crush Itsuki. She is also very protective of Miyako, as evidenced by her defending Miyako despite lying about having been in multiple relationships. Nayuta’s jealousy of Itsuki’s new friendship with his new illustrator, Kaiko, demonstrates this. She is also quite perverted and frequently employs sexual innuendos, but her friends are used to it. Despite her tendency to make light of situations, she can be serious when necessary, such as when she confronted Miyako about her feelings for Itsuki.

Lalatina Ford Dustiness, also known as Darkness, is one of the three main female protagonists in the KonoSuba series. She’s a masochistic crusader who’s joined Kazuma’s team.
Darkness, as a crusader, exudes pride and nobility at first, preaching about her duty to protect others from harm. She speaks with a serious tone of voice and appears mature.
Despite her outward appearances, she has the personality of a complete masochistic pervert. While she wishes to protect others, her masochistic desires are ultimately what drive her to commit many of the series’ “heroic” acts, leading many onlookers to regard her as a role model for her ostensible selflessness. Her masochism extends to verbal abuse as well, with a running gag in which she reels back in delight in response to Kazuma’s sharp insults.
Throughout the story, she becomes more forthcoming about her true motives, to the point where she openly admits that her motivation for becoming a crusader was to be sexually tortured by the Demon King, and that her ideal husband is an abusive alcoholic who would force her to sell her body for money.
4. Anna Nishikinomia from SHIMONETA
Anna Nishikinomiya is one of the main characters in the anime series Shimoneta: A Boring World Without Dirty Jokes.
Anna is a responsible student and the student council president. Regardless of her position, she has been shown to be quite naive and clueless when it comes to lewd materials. Tanukichi Okuma, on the other hand, tries to collect his “love nectar” after they share their first kiss, which is shown gradually throughout the series.

Miia is by far the most dominant and irritable of the girls at Kimihito’s house. When she believes her claim to Kimihito is being called into question, she attacks the other girls and even Kimihito himself. Furthermore, despite her flirtatious personality, she frequently becomes shy and embarrassed when Kimihito does something perverted to her before (hypocritically) calling him a pervert or idiot and striking him with her tail.
1. Rudeus Greyrat from Mushoku Tensei
Rudeus Greyrat is the protagonist of Mushoku Tensei. He was a 34-year-old Japanese NEET who was reincarnated into another world after being hit by a truck while trying to save some children. Recognizing that he squandered his previous life, he vows to make the most of this new one, and the series revolves around how he impacts his new world while gradually growing out of his reclusive ways.

Because of his morals from his previous life, he is hesitant to kill someone. However, he is aggressive and bloodthirsty toward anyone who threatens his family. He is extremely perverted, but his family and friends adore him because he always looks after them to a large extent. Despite his exceptional magical ability and battle potential, he frequently lacks the courage to confront his opponent.
BONUS: Albedo from Overlord
Albedo is the Guardians of Nazarick’s Great Tomb’s Overseer. She is in charge of general management and supervision of the activities of the seven Floor Guardians, putting her above the other NPCs in Nazarick. Nigredo, the older sister, and Rubedo, the younger sister, are her siblings. Tabula Smaragdina and her sisters created her.
Albedo is extremely loyal and in love with Ainz, and he is infatuated and needy/clingy with her, frequently displaying obsessive tendencies in his affairs. She is constantly competing for Ainz’s affections, displaying jealous outbursts whenever anyone else appears to be approaching him. Despite this, she says it would be strange for him to only take one wife as Supreme Ruler, implying that she is fine with him taking other wives as long as she is the one he loves the most. Albedo is overly assertive due to her succubus nature and how Ainz programmed her to fall in love with him.
She occasionally loses control of herself in response to what Ainz says, almost r*ping him against his will.
