If you’re curious about the plot of Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, the manga’s author, Yki Tabata, has stated that it will be a one-of-a-kind story never before seen in the manga. Aside from that, the film will introduce Konrad Leto as the 27th Wizard King of the Clover Kingdom.
Although it is unclear whether Leto will play a significant role in the film, Asta appears in the trailer. By the time Asta acquired his abilities, Julius had become the Wizard King, and they have yet to mention Konrad, so it will be interesting to see how Konrad fits into the grand scheme of things.

Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King – Where Can You Watch?
Almost everyone expected Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King to be released in theatres first and then streamed a year later, as most anime films, such as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, do. However, Netflix has officially licenced the film, which will be available for streaming and in theatres from the start.
The plot and setting of the film are still unknown, but from what we’ve seen so far, it looks fantastic, so expect to see it on Netflix in 2023.
