Yamato, according to Manga, has been able to use her Conqueror’s haki since childhood, demonstrating her strength. She also fought Kaido, who is extremely powerful. Most intriguingly, she could be the straw hat pirates’ next recruit.
9. Silvers Rayleigh

Luffy landed so many attacks without getting hurt, and he made Luffy fly away with a single attack. Luffy had to go through training all over again just to be strong enough to fight him. He can’t even kill himself after so many attempts.
4. Big Mom
Big mom! Captain of Big Mom pirates, one of the strongest pirates in the series, is a Yonko and the only female emperor. It goes without saying that she has a powerful haki.
She is one of the most powerful characters in One Piece. She was also a member of the notorious rock pirates. She coats her arms in haki and uses it in hand-to-hand combat. Even Luffy struggled to defeat her throughout the Cake Island arc.
3. Whitebeard
Captain of the Whitebeard pirates is Edward New Gate, aka Shirohige, aka Whitebeard. He, like Kaido and Big Mom, was a member of the Rock pirates and a friend of Pirate King Gol D. Rogers. His haki rivalled that of the pirate king.
Despite having Conqueror’s haki, he couldn’t use it freely in the Marineford arc due to his age and sickness. We see how strong Oden was in his flashback story. His fights with Gol D. Rogers were incredible. His back had no scars, indicating that he had never fled a battle.
2. Gol D. Rogers
What can we say about this individual? Who started it all? His gift is the great pirate era. It would not have started if he had not been present. We saw him fight for the first time in Oden’s flashback.
He made oden, who gave Kaido scars, vanish like nothing, and then he fought our grandfather Shirohige. We witnessed the consequences of their haki clash. He was the strongest haki user in One Piece, and even the navy couldn’t catch him. He was that powerful that he had to submit to them.
